Lawn care software has to handle three things well: recurring weekly or biweekly visits that generate themselves, routes that keep drive time down, and batch invoicing at the end of the week or month. Fertilizer and weed-control programs add a fourth: chemical application records. Below are five tools we could verify for lawn care businesses from each vendor's own pricing page, checked 2026-10-24. Prices are as published; anything a vendor doesn't publish is marked unknown.

Yardbook says the free plan is funded by sponsored ads. Business ($34.99/mo) adds bulk email and text (Twilio), GPS tracking, automatic backup, automatic invoice reminders, multi-step chemical programs and custom lead capture, and it waives the 1% Yardbook processing fee. Enterprise ($49.99/mo) adds QuickBooks sync, a branded company portal and no ads. Those prices are for annual plans. Yardbook says different rates apply month-to-month but doesn't publish them. The pricing page lists web, desktop and Android app access. See Yardbook pricing details.
