Here's every number Housecall Pro publishes, taken from its own pricing page and help center on 2026-10-26, and what it works out to for a solo operator and for crews of 5, 8 and 10. All prices are in USD and don't include sales tax, which Housecall Pro says may apply depending on your state. If Housecall Pro doesn't publish a price, we mark it unknown.

The annual savings are Housecall Pro's own "Save $20/mo", "$40/mo" and "$30/mo" figures. The yearly totals are just those numbers times 12.
What each plan adds
- Basic ($59/mo annually): online booking, scheduling and dispatch, estimates and invoicing, payments and consumer financing, a price book, job costing and review management.
- Essentials ($149/mo annually): everything in Basic plus routes (grouping and sequencing jobs), flat-rate pricing, checklist automations, photo reports with annotations, employee GPS tracking from techs' phones, commissions and QuickBooks Online sync.
- MAX ($299/mo annually): everything in Essentials plus the sales proposal tool (which Housecall Pro values at $40/mo), recurring service plans, one-click route optimization using live traffic, open API access (Zapier and API access are MAX-only, according to its FAQ), a dedicated onboarding specialist and escalated phone support.
Every plan includes live phone and chat support, the iOS and Android app, an English and Spanish app, offline viewing and access to business and consumer financing.
What Housecall Pro costs per year by team size
These figures use list prices only and leave out add-ons, payment fees and sales tax:
- Solo operator (1 user), Basic: $708/yr billed annually ($59 × 12) or $948/yr month to month ($79 × 12).
- Crew of 5, Essentials: $1,788/yr billed annually or $2,268/yr month to month. That's $29.80 per user per month on the annual plan.
- Crew of 8, MAX: $3,588/yr billed annually or $3,948/yr month to month, about $37.38 per user per month on the annual plan.
- Crew of 10, MAX plus 2 extra users: $299 + 2 × $35 = $369/mo billed annually ($4,428/yr), or $329 + $70 = $399/mo month to month ($4,788/yr). This assumes the $35/mo extra-user fee is the same on both billing cycles. The pricing page shows that fee without saying which billing cycle it applies to.
Housecall Pro only publishes an extra-user price for MAX. Extra users on Basic and Essentials are unknown. If you have 2-4 people, the published choices are Basic (1 user) or moving up to Essentials (5 users).
Intro offers on the pricing page (Oct 26, 2026)
On 2026-10-26, the pricing page showed these offers for the monthly billing option: Basic at $26/mo for the first month ("save $53"), Essentials at $26/mo for the first month ("save $163"), and MAX at $99/mo for the first 3 months if you book a demo ("save $690"). After that you pay the normal monthly price. The page doesn't give an end date or terms for these offers, so check before you sign up. The 14-day free trial is separate. It runs on the MAX plan and doesn't need a credit card.
Fees on top of the plan price
- Card payments: "as low as 2.59%". The full rate table isn't on the pricing page, so the exact rate for your business is unknown. For scale, at 2.59% a business collecting $10,000/mo by card would pay at least $259/mo in card fees.
- Bank (ACH) payments: 1%. Depositing checks through the mobile app is free.
- Voice (phone add-on): call tracking starts at $45/mo and VoIP plus call tracking at $65/mo, both plus overages. The VoIP Super plan is $350/mo for 6,000 minutes (Housecall Pro Voice FAQ).
- Other add-ons (Pipeline, payroll, accounting, business coaching, websites, vehicle GPS/dashcams and CSR AI 24/7 call answering): prices aren't published on the pricing page, so they're unknown. Housecall Pro's AI page says CSR AI chat and its other AI assistants are included on all plans, but 24/7 AI call answering is a paid feature.
Contract, cancellation and plan changes
Housecall Pro says there's no long-term contract. You can upgrade at any time and get the new features right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current monthly or annual billing period. Franchises and multi-location businesses can contact sales for custom pricing.
Is Housecall Pro worth the price? How it compares
